 For those of you who don’t know about our program. Starting in the month of May until September, our yard of the month Committee gets together and we drive around looking at the yards and flowerbeds that really stand out in the neighborhood. These are the prizes for the Yard of the Month Winners. Enchanted Garden gives these prizes as a credit to use at their store: 1^st Place: $ 50.00, 2^nd Place $30.00 and then 3^rd Place $15.00. (All HOA dues must to current and NO for sale or Lease houses are eligible)

Just a quick reminder from the Yard of the Month Committee, the hot summer days brings out all kinds of bugs in our yards. Just a reminder that if you are starting to see some browning in your yard, it might not be from your grass dying; it could be Chinch - Bugs. You can go to Enchanted Gardens or any local hardware store to purchase some Chinch-Bug treatment for your yard.

                                                             Monthly Tip

It is now time to start trimming up our yard and clean up the flowerbeds.

Did you know that you could bring all of your tree trimmings to Frank's Nursery? For a small limited amount, they will take all of your tree limbs and shred them for you.  This is a great way to help out the environment to recycle!

That way, we do not have to wait until Thursday for Large trash day and we will not have to bind them up for the Trash-Company.

So, don't forget to go and Check out Franks' Nursery at the Hwy 90 and FM359.
