Remember that ALL DUES AND FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL, in order to use the pool.

All residents must be 18 or older to be CPR certified for pool use and for pool chaperone.

Once you are CPR certified, you can request an access card from Graham management with your proof of certification. If you lose your access card contact Graham Management at 281-497-4320 to obtain a new access card.

Replacement, or additional, cards are $5 for each. Each card is registered to the CPR certified person for that household.

Any card holder in violation of the pool rules will be removed from pool access indefinitely.

Rules for use of pool are posted in the pool area. The Board members have the right to refuse entrance and/or ask people to leave the pool area.

NO PETS are allowed in the pool area.

Please don't embarrass yourself or friends by trying to use the pool if you have not paid the dues, are not certified or a guest of a resident from this community.
